I DIDN’T GO TO DESIGN SCHOOL.
I WENT TO YOUTUBE.

I DIDN’T GO TO DESIGN SCHOOL.
I WENT TO YOUTUBE.
I didn't have some grand plan to become a designer. I started by making simple graphics and social media posts, mostly figuring things out as I went. I'd watch a tutorial, try it myself, get frustrated, start again and somehow learn something new every time.
That eventually led to working with real businesses on their social media and visual content. But after a while, I became curious about what happened beyond the post.
So I started learning Figma and UI/UX, then moved into Framer and WordPress. What started as curiosity slowly became another part of my work.
Today, I work across web design, development, social media and content creation different parts of the same thing: helping businesses figure out how they want to show up online.
I'm still learning. Still experimenting. And I definitely still end up on YouTube when I'm trying to figure something out.
I think that's what I love about design. There's always something new to learn, make, and get better at.

THINGS I BELIEVE ABOUT DESIGN.
THINGS I BELIEVE ABOUT DESIGN.
I believe the little things make good design better the thoughtful details, subtle touches, and intentional choices that turn something functional into something truly memorable.
PRETTY ISN’T ENOUGH.
A website can look beautiful and still be confusing. Good design should make things easier to understand, not just nicer to look at.

EVERY BUSINESS DESERVES A PERSONALITY.
I don't want every website to look like the same template with a different logo on top. Your business has its own story, people, and personality. The design should feel like you.

THE LITTLE THINGS AREN’T THAT LITTLE.
Typography. Spacing. Alignment. A button that's just slightly too low. Most people might never consciously notice these things but they can definitely feel when something is right.

DESIGN SHOULD WORK IN THE REAL WORLD.
A website isn't a poster. People have to navigate it, understand it, trust it, and eventually do something with it. So I care about what happens after the pretty screenshot.
